Damaged and Defective products If your order arrives Damaged or Defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of recieving your order. You can contact us at cloudydealsaffiliates@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your claim is approved, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. If your order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders. Please make sure to check our size guide before completing your purchase. Return shipping and replacement orders for non-defective items are at your expense. Return address If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if the shipment is unclaimed, it will be returned to the Production warehouse. Right of Return The product has a 30-day return period, you are eligible for a full-refund or exchange to a properly working one for upto 30 days after the receipt. For returns, the receipt is required. Any product you are returning must be in the same condition in which you recieved it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Product Warranty After the 30-day return period you can use the manufacturers product warranty period for repairs if the item is defective or not working properly. For more details contact us through the contact form or by email at cloudydealsaffiliates@gmail.com. For this product the warranty-period is 3 years. Return and Refund process 1. Please send us by email at cloudydealsaffiliates@gmail.com, let us know your problem and confirm your proposed solution. In case of defects, you must also include a photo/video of the issue and attach it to the message. 2. We confirm the issue and keep respond to you within 24 hours of your request. Return and Refund Processing Times The refund will be processed within 7 business days after retrevial of the return good and validation of the return. Terms and Conditions related Costs of Returns We will cover the cost of the return shipment if the reason for the return is due to our fault. Examples of these cases can be: 1. Item arrived defective and cannot be repaired with a spare part 2. We have shipped the wrong item 3. We sent it to the wrong address 4. We have shipped a duplicate order 5. Item did not work properly during the 30-day return period (assumed that you have assembled the item properly according to the operating instructions) For items that arrive damaged or broken, YOU MUST provide videos/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is not working properly. If you fail to send photos/videos of an allegedly defective/damaged item the return will be treated as “buyer's regret” and you are solely responsible for the return. You are also vulnerable to the 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping costs paid by the Seller. If you claim that an item is defective/damaged, you must provide proof without exception before returning it. Use our customer service email (cloudydealsaffiliates@gmail.com) to contact and to submit pictures/videos for your return request. Once we receive the approved returned item, we will check its condition. If it is determined that the item is defective, we will arrange a refund or exchange of the product. If you pay for the return - In the case of a return due to your error, the return is at your responsibility and so the shipping costs are borne to you. Prepaid return labels will not be provided in these cases. It is important to note that the original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund and any order offered with special shipping costs will be subject to a deduction of our actual outgoing shipping costs. Examples of these returns can be: 1. Buyer's regrets ("Not satisfied with the performance", "Item does not fit me properly", "Item does not meet my expectations", "I tried it, but I want something else" etc.) 2. No reason / Don't want anymore 3. Misinterpretation of the product description (error in the complete reading of the article details/descriptions/properties) 4. Cancellation of the order after the item has already been shipped, even if you have not yet received the item 5. You bought the wrong one 6. You accidentally bought too much 7. You accidentally entered the wrong shipping address Other notes As an alternative, if the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, the Seller can offer the option of free spare parts and advice to repair your item, if you think this is the easier solution. You don't have to worry about returning a large, bulky item. The seller will send technicians or mechanics to your home. |
